TOSHIBA TLSH263P Low Profile LED with Extra Wide Viewing Angle

The Toshiba TLSH263P from Marktech Optoelelctronics features a low profile 5mm, T1¾ package design. This high intensity Red-Orange LED features Toshiba's High Bright InGaAlP Technology to achieve a 623nm peak wavelength and 613 dominant wavelength. While the device is ideally suited to backlighting applications where space is a premium, the Toshiba TLSH263P can also be used in light pipe and indicator applications.
