How can I order samples of your products?

You can order samples of any product Marktech carries, and most of them are available for online ordering as well. Simply browse our online catalog.

Is there a limit to how many LEDs and LED product samples I can order?

Yes. Marktech Optoelectronics limits the total number of samples for each product to two (2) pieces. If you require more than two, please contact our sales department.

Can I place an order for LEDs, Drivers, or LED Displays online?

Not currently. Currently Marktech Optoelectronics is working on a full e-commerce solution that will allow customers to buy directly off the web. Check back soon.

How can you buy LEDs from Marktech Optoelectronics?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most sample orders are processed the same day they are received. Your parts should arrive within 1 week of ordering. Occasionally, some pieces might not be readilly available in quantities requested, or might become unavailable. In this instance, Marktech's sales department will get in touch with you to offer alternatives for your order.

Why do I need to setup an account at www.marktechopto.com? And what do you do with the information I will provide?

Marktech requires basic contact information for customers on all orders. This information is never sold or distributed to third parties, and is used solely to aid Marktech in processing your order.
